Four seasons, five room types
Rates are per room per night for two adults and include breakfast, parking, the pools and GST. There is one rate sheet and no separate resort fee, cleaning fee or booking fee.
The shoulder rate is the reference figure. Everything else is a multiple of it, published below rather than calculated behind a login. A stay that crosses a season boundary is charged night by night at the rate of each night.

Deposits, changes and cancellation
Flexible rates take a card to hold the room and charge nothing until arrival. They may be cancelled or changed free of charge up to 24 hours before the 3pm arrival time. Inside that window one night is charged.
Advance-purchase rates take the full amount at the time of booking and are not refundable or transferable. Packages take a deposit of one night and settle on arrival; they cancel free of charge up to seven days out, and forfeit the deposit inside that.
Peak-season stays of four nights or more take a deposit of 30 per cent at the time of booking and cancel free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. Group bookings of five rooms or more run on a separate agreement, set out in writing before any money changes hands.

Paying
We take EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Card surcharges are 1.9 per cent on Visa and Mastercard and 2.7 per cent on American Express, shown before the transaction is completed. Cash is accepted at the front desk. Accounts can be opened for organisations booking five rooms or more per year, on 20th-of-the-month terms.

The table above gives the published rate. For a specific set of dates, send the dates, the number of adults and any room preference through the enquiry form and reservations will reply with the figure, the season it falls in and what is free on those nights.
