Groups of five rooms and above run on a written agreement rather than a package: a rate per room per night, a rooming list due fourteen days out, and one invoice at the end. Coach parking is on the north side of the car court and takes two full-size vehicles.
For a sports team, a wedding party or a conference cohort, tell us the number of rooms, the number of nights and whether meals are on the same account, and reservations will send an agreement rather than a booking link.
Vouchers are issued for a value rather than for a package, in multiples of NZ$50, and are valid for two years from the date of issue. They can be spent on rooms, on dinner in The Greenstone Room, on treatments in The Closeburn Pools or on anything from The Von Bar.
They cannot be spent on the casino floor and cannot be exchanged for gaming credit or for cash. Vouchers are posted, or emailed as a PDF if the date is close.
The Walter Peak Room, the casino floor at Watermark Point, is open to adults aged 20 and over under New Zealand law. The rest of the hotel — the rooms, The Greenstone Room, The Von Bar, The Closeburn Pools and the hire spaces — is open to everyone.
